Refund policy
Although we would prefer that you stay, if you need to cancel because you won't be curating designs anytime soon, you can get a refund as long as your new payment was made within the last 14 days and you didn't download any assets.
It's important to note before you leave that you will not be eligible for a refund if you have downloaded or used assets after your purchase was completed. Therefore, once you cancel the subscription, you will no longer be able to use any assets that come with the plan you previously selected.
Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
How it works
Here are a few examples of how our refund policy works:
You signed up for a new Buildanitem's subscription but changed your mind. You qualify for a refund if:
- Payment was made within the last 14 days
- No assets were downloaded
Your account renewed but you won't be curating any designs anytime soon. You qualify for a refund if:
- Payment was made within the last 14 days
- No assets were downloaded
- No assets were used since the renewal
- You noticed a billing error. We can provide a refund where you have been charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
To request a refund, contact us at enquiries@buildanitem.com and provide the following information:
- Name on the account
- Email on the account
- Payment information, including:
- Name on the payment method
- Last 4 and expiration date of the card
- Your PayPal email
- A copy of your invoice
- Any screenshots
This information will enable us to look into your request right away.
